EPIK's Training for Principals

Several In-Service Training workshops for Principals will be held from March to April, 2010 at the Korean Teachers' Foundation Hotel in Seoul. Principals from 14 different Provincial Offices of Education will participate in these workshops. A total of about 600 principals will join in the workshop in three different sessions. The purpose of this In-Service Training for principals was to introduce effective management techniques for Guest English Teachers(GETs) and Korean English Teachers(KETs). Some topics will include: "How to help GETs and KETs improve teaching skills," "Effective ways to support GETs and KETs to co-teach," and "To share effective supporting ideas to help GETs and KETs overcome difficulties in co-teaching."
